Presentation

The system is intended for equipping compartmentalized wagons, class II, suburban type 2031, modernized by SC CFR SIRV BRAŞOV SA.

The system implements an automation network in the wagon, composed of the vehicle bus (CAN network, CANopen protocol) and the train bus (WTB network, according to UIC556).
The control part ensures the control of the doors, lighting, the minimum voltage relay (protection against battery discharge when the static source no longer works), the reception and processing of various analog signals (battery voltage, charging current, three-phase system voltage values, etc.), as well as the control of the passenger information system (information for the interior and exterior displays).
The diagnostic part provides data about the controlled systems and collects diagnostic data from various subsystems (e.g. the climate control unit) and transmits it to the class Ia wagon for centralization.

The system is integrated by redesigning the electrical installation and the electrical panel, which is also carried out by SC TEHMIN-BRAŞOV SRL.
