The installation is being implemented for LDE 2100CP locomotives, and presents functional advantages compared to the old system. Installed in place of the old hot water heating system, the installation provides the entire heat requirement in the driver's cabins.

Also equipped with elements for regulating the amount of hot air and directing it towards the front windows, it creates optimal working conditions in the cabin.

  • Eliminating the possibility of flooding or freezing of control stations, which existed in the old system
  • Elimination of high-speed diesel engine idling when the coolant temperature is low, as well as premature wear of related equipment to ensure heating of the driving personnel
