The product is intended for cooling the equipment in the engine room and the S7 and S8 apparatus block of the LE 5100KW locomotive.

The auxiliary ventilation system consists of five ventilation equipment, each equipment being equipped with a metal casing and being powered from the existing electrical circuits.
The system is installed in place of the current fans and does not require modifications for installation: m11 and m12 in the engine room; m13 on the ceiling above compressor no. 2; m7.63 and m8.41 on the device block.

In the housing are mounted: the electric motor fan, the AC/DC converter, the 25ºC thermostat, the thermostat override switch and an optical indicator.
The optical indicator through (red color) indicates that the temperature is lower than 25ºC. For temperatures higher than 25 ºC, the thermostat controls the operation of the fan and the green light turns on. For temperatures lower than 20 ºC, the thermostat commands the fan to stop.
