Datele locomotivei sunt preluate pe un card de memorie nevolatila.<br \/>Cand locomotiva intra in revizie (mentenanta), datele sunt descarcate pe un PC si se poate urmarii usor evolutia parametrilor, sub forma de grafica, sau sub forma de raport:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>motorul Diesel si transmisia electrica a locomotivei;<\/li>\n<li>temperatura cuzinetilor de sprijin ai MT;<\/li>\n<li>presiunea aerului in conducta generala, in cilindrii de frana ai boghiurilor;<\/li>\n<li>tensiunea si curentul transmisiei si serviciilor auxiliare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sistemul de diagnoza este dotat cu modem si antena GSM pentru transmiterea in timp real a datelor de diagnoza si parametrii de functionare catre operatori.<br \/>Datele inregistrate sunt folosite in trei scopuri:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Urmarirea starii tehnice a locomotivei.<\/strong><br \/><strong>2. Eficienta econimica:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>consumul de motorina inregistrat de ICL;<\/li>\n<li>energia consumata in regim de tractiune;<\/li>\n<li>energia consumata de serviciile auxiliare;<\/li>\n<li>timpul de functionare a motorului Diesel: total, in sarcina si in gol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. ventilatoare electrice, cate doua pe fiecare ramura de radiatoare, prevazute cu jaluzele interioare.<\/p>\n<p>Jaluzelele exterioare si interioare sunt actionate cu servomotoare care se inchid sau se deschid functie de temperatura lichidului de racire, comandate de senzorii de temperatura de catre un automat central.<\/p>\n<p>Instalatia asigura conditii de exploatare a motorului Diesel la un randament ridicat datorita imbunatatirii regimului termic de functionare prin sistemul de automatizare.<\/p>\n<p>Obiectivele instalatiei:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Functionarea motorului Diesel de tractiune in regimul optim de temperatura pentru a asigura tot timpul consumul minim de combustibil<\/li>\n<li>Reducerea consumului de energie pentru mentinerea in stare calda a motorului de
