Sursa foto Wikimedia<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dezavantajele instala\u021biei actuale hidrostatice<\/strong><br \/>Pentru a \u021bine sub control temperatura circuitului de r\u0103cire, motoarele Diesel se bazeaz\u0103 pe o instala\u021bie hidrostatic\u0103 ce include, printre altele \u2013 o pomp\u0103, un motor hidrostatic \u0219i un regulator, respectiv doi cilindri hidraulici pentru \u00eenchiderea \u015fi deschiderea jaluzelelor exterioare.<\/p>\n<p>Pompa hidrostatic\u0103 func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 permanent, indiferent de regimul termic al motorului diesel, iar regulatorul hidrostatic func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 cu abateri mari fa\u0163\u0103 de valorile optime ale temperaturii lichidului de r\u0103cire, de 60 grade Celsius. Din cauza efectului de \u201chorn\u201d al cuvei de r\u0103cire, radiatoarele evacueaz\u0103 o mare parte a c\u0103ldurii c\u00e2nd temperatura este sub valoarea minim\u0103 optim\u0103 \u015fi la men\u0163inerea cald\u0103 a motorului. Efectele d\u0103un\u0103toare ale supraconsumului de motorin\u0103 sub temperatura optim\u0103 sunt at\u00e2t poluarea excesiv\u0103 a mediului, c\u00e2t \u015fi producerea unei mari cantit\u0103\u0163i de calamin\u0103 care cre\u015fte viteza de uzur\u0103 a motorului diesel, produce infestarea uleiului de ungere \u015fi degradarea filtrului fin de ulei. Instala\u0163ia hidrostatic\u0103 este un serviciu auxiliar puternic energofag cu efecte d\u0103un\u0103toare mari asupra consumului de combustibil.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solu\u021bia propus\u0103 de TEHMIN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pentru a elimina aceste dezavantaje, inginerii TEHMIN au g\u00e2ndit un sistem \u00een care instala\u021bia hidrostatic\u0103 este \u00eenlocuit\u0103 de patru ventilatoare electrice, c\u00e2te dou\u0103 pe fiecare ramur\u0103 de radiatoare, prev\u0103zute cu jaluzele interioare. Jaluzelele exterioare \u015fi interioare sunt ac\u0163ionate cu servomotoare care se \u00eenchid sau se deschid \u00een func\u0163ie de temperatura lichidului de r\u0103cire \u0219i sunt comandate de senzorii de temperatur\u0103 de c\u0103tre un automat central.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/clubferoviar.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/tehmin-2.1.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Noul sistem reduce puterea nominal\u0103 de la cca 30kW (c\u00e2t are instala\u0163ia hidrostatic\u0103) la 9kW (c\u00e2t are noua instala\u0163ie electric\u0103 de ventila\u0163ie). Reducerea puterii nominale de cca trei ori a fost posibil\u0103 prin apropierea ventilatoarelor electrice de grupul de radiatoare \u015fi \u00eemp\u0103r\u0163irea cuvei radiatoarelor \u00een trei camere distincte (dou\u0103 de aspira\u0163ie \u015fi una de refulare) cu ajutorul jaluzelelor interioare.<\/p>\n<p>Cele dou\u0103 ramuri de radiatoare sunt \u00eenchise \u00een camerele lor de jaluzele interioare \u015fi exterioare, atunci c\u00e2nd temperatura lichidului de r\u0103cire este mai mic\u0103 dec\u00e2t cea optim\u0103 (60\u00b0C) sau sunt deschise c\u00e2nd aceasta este dep\u0103\u0219it\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Noul sistem reduce pierderile de c\u0103ldur\u0103 din radiatoare, c\u00e2nd temperatura este sub valoarea optim\u0103, asigur\u0103 func\u0163ionarea motorului diesel la temperatur\u0103 optim\u0103, \u00eenl\u0103tur\u0103 consumul suplimentar de energie al motorului diesel pentru antrenarea pompei hidrostatice \u015fi men\u0163inerea cald\u0103, reduce efectul poluant al gazelor arse ale motorului diesel \u015fi al uleiului hidrostatic. Energia consumat\u0103 de ventila\u0163ie este propor\u0163ional\u0103 cu temperatura lichidului de r\u0103cire \u015fi are o valoare medie anual\u0103 de cca 2kWh; \u00een sc\u0103dere de la 12 kWh.<\/p>\n<p>Totodat\u0103, radiatoarele de r\u0103cire nu mai sunt \u00eenfundate din cauza pierderilor de ulei de la cilindrii hidrostatici \u015fi depunerii prafului, iar motoarele electrice, de fiabilitate \u00eenalt\u0103, nu necesit\u0103 manoper\u0103 de \u00eentre\u0163inere \u015fi materiale consumabile. Rezult\u0103 o reducere semnificativ\u0103 a manoperei de \u00eentre\u021binere \u0219i \u00eenl\u0103tur\u0103 consumul de ulei. Cre\u015fte semnificativ fiabilitatea radiatoarelor datorit\u0103 reducerii vibra\u0163iilor sistemului de ventila\u0163ie care este foarte bine echilibrat.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/clubferoviar.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/tehmin-2.2.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201eLocomotivele functioneaz\u0103 cam 3.500 de ore pe an, deci se economisesc 10 tone de motorin\u0103 numai de la reducerea consumului de energie. Marea economie de motorin\u0103 provine \u00eens\u0103 \u00een primul r\u00e2nd din faptul c\u0103 instala\u0163ia asigur\u0103 condi\u0163ii de exploatare a motorului diesel la un randament ridicat datorit\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irii regimului termic de func\u0163ionare \u015fi a controlului strict prin sistemul de automatizare. Din datele \u00eenregistrate de la locomotivele dotate cu aceast\u0103 instala\u0163ie reiese c\u0103 func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 numai cca 50% din timpul de func\u0163ionare a motorului diesel. Instala\u0163ia rezolv\u0103 dou\u0103 probleme: \u00eenlocuie\u015fte un serviciu auxiliar energofag de cca 30kW \u015fi totodat\u0103 cre\u015fte randamentul de func\u0163ionare a motorului diesel\u201d, explic\u0103 inginerul Mihai Marcu de la TEHMIN.<\/p>\n<p>El sper\u0103 ca solu\u021bia TEHMIN s\u0103 fie implementat\u0103 de c\u00e2t mai multe firme din domeniul feroviar, cu at\u00e2t mai mult cu c\u00e2t astfel de proiecte au \u0219anse s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 \u0219i finan\u021b\u0103ri europene pentru protec\u0163ia mediului.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Concluzie: Mersul \u00een gol \u015fi func\u0163ionarea motorului diesel la temperaturi sub valoarea optim\u0103 (60\u00b0C) sunt cele dou\u0103 mari cauze care conduc la costuri mari cu combustibilul, cu mentenan\u0163a \u015fi poluarea mediului. Cele dou\u0103 solu\u0163ii prezentate reduc \u00een cea mai mare parte efectul produs de aceste dou\u0103 cauze. Unul dintre dezavantaje este acela c\u0103 debitul de aer pentru ventila\u0163ie este constant, indiferent de nivelul de solicitare a motoarelor de trac\u0163iune. Exist\u0103 doar dou\u0103 regimuri de func\u0163ionare, respectiv var\u0103-iarn\u0103.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Motoarele electrice de ventila\u0163ie sunt de curent continuu, necesit<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00e2<\/span>nd un volum mare de manoper\u0103 pentru<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00ee<\/span>ntre\u0163inere. Un alt dezavantaj este acela c\u0103 sistemul de ventila\u0163ie are un consum mare de energie (dou\u0103 motoare cu puterea de 2\u00d716 kW). Amplasarea ventila\u0163iei<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00ee<\/span>n p\u0103r\u0163ile frontale ale grupului motor diesel-generator afecteaz\u0103 accesul<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00ee<\/span>n zonele respective. \u00cen plus, contactoarele electrice sunt de curent continuu, necesit<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00e2<\/span>nd piese de schimb<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u015f<\/span>i volum mare de manoper\u0103.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Noua surs\u0103 de ventila\u0163ie electric\u0103<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Noua solu\u0163ie folose<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u015f<\/span>te motoare electrice autopilotate de ventila\u0163ie, de construc\u0163ie modern\u0103, cu reglare automat\u0103 dup\u0103 un algoritm stabilit<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00ee<\/span>ntre curentul pe motoare de trac\u0163iune<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u015f<\/span>i temperatura mediului ambiant. Propunerea firmei TEHMIN presupune montarea a c<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00e2<\/span>te unui motor electric cu ventilator pe fiecare melc de ventila\u0163ie existent, cu putere de 5kW pentru ventila\u0163ia a dou\u0103 motoare de trac\u0163iune<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u015f<\/span>i de 3kW pentru un motor de trac\u0163iune. Debitul de aer este \u00een func\u0163ie de cei doi parametri men\u0163iona\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Ca avantaje, autorii inova\u0163iei enumer\u0103: motoarele electrice nu necesit\u0103 lucr\u0103ri de<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00ee<\/span>ntre\u0163inere sau materiale consumabile, sistemul electric de alimentare nu are contactoare, consumul de energie pentru ventila\u0163ie este de aproximativ trei ori mai mic, cre<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u015f<\/span>te accesibilitatea<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00ee<\/span>n p\u0103r\u0163ile frontale ale motorului diesel<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u015f<\/span>i generatoare. Grupul electrogen este a treia surs\u0103 de energie \u201cneepuizabil\u0103\u201d a locomotivei care preia<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00ee<\/span>n totalitate func\u0163iile motorului diesel de trac\u0163iune c<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00e2<\/span>nd acesta func\u0163ioneaz\u0103<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00ee<\/span>n gol perioade mai mari de 30 minute, iar locomotiva nu dezvolt\u0103 regimul de trac\u0163iune. O reducere a timpului de mers la 50% realizat\u0103 prin efectuarea moderniz\u0103rilor duce la o economie de cca 25 de tone pe an<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u015f<\/span>i locomotiv\u0103, respectiv 12.5 kilograme ulei la tona de combustibil, iar mentenan\u0163a sistemului reprezint\u0103 sub 5% din cea a motorului diesel de trac\u0163iune.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">A<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>doua inova\u021bie<\/strong>\u00a0presupune<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00ee<\/span>nlocuirea instala\u0163iei hidrostatice. Pentru a \u0163ine sub control temperatura circuitului de r\u0103cire, motoarele Diesel se bazeaz\u0103 pe o instala\u0163ie hidrostatic\u0103 ce include, printe altele \u2013 o pomp\u0103, un motor hidrostatic<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u015f<\/span>i un regulator, respectiv doi cilindri hidraulici pentru<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00ee<\/span>nchiderea<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u015f<\/span>i deschiderea jaluzelelor exterioare.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Pompa hidrostatic\u0103 func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 permanent, indiferent de regimul termic al motorului diesel, iar regulatorul hidrostatic func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 cu abateri mari fa\u0163\u0103 de valorile optime ale temperaturii lichidului de r\u0103cire, de 60 de grade Celsius. De aici apar costuri mari ca urmare a consumului suplimentar de combustibil, atunci c<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00e2<\/span>nd motorul func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 sub temperatura minim\u0103 optim\u0103, dar<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u015f<\/span>i pentru men\u0163inerea cald\u0103 a motorului, respectiv pentru func\u0163ionarea<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00ee<\/span>n gol a instala\u0163iei hidrostatice.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Costurile mari provin<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u015f<\/span>i din<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00ee<\/span>ntre\u0163inerea instala\u0163iei hidrostatice, adic\u0103: ulei, piese de schimb<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u015f<\/span>i mentenan\u0163\u0103. Efectele d\u0103un\u0103toare ale supraconsumului de motorin\u0103 sub temperatura optim\u0103 sunt at<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00e2<\/span>t poluarea excesiv\u0103 a mediului, c<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00e2<\/span>t<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u015f<\/span>i producerea unei mari cantit\u0103\u0163i de calamine care cre<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u015f<\/span>te viteza de uzur\u0103 a motorului diesel, produce infestarea uleiului de ungere<span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u015f<\/span>i degradarea filtrului fin de ulei.
