SACDT Wagon Series 21-90
The system implements an automation network in the wagon, composed of the vehicle bus (CAN1, CAN2, RS485 CAN protocol network) and the train bus (WTB network, according to UIC556).
The control part ensures the control of access doors and intercom, the reception and processing of various digital and analog signals (battery voltage measurement, consumer charging/discharging current measurement), as well as the control of the passenger information system (information for interior and exterior displays).
The passenger information system, the UD-GW + MMI assembly, acts as the central control and configuration unit for the PIS. This system controls the display of train route data on the exterior LED displays.
The diagnostic part provides data about the controlled systems and collects diagnostic data from various subsystems (e.g. anti-skid, static source, access doors, intercom doors, lighting, air conditioning, PIS, WC) of the wagon as well as diagnostic data from other wagons (up to 20 in the set) and transmits them to the train bus node which further displays them on a display located on the electrical panel door.
The system is integrated through the design of the electrical installation and the electrical panel which is also carried out by Tehmin-Brasov.
